Fusion Digital provides a forum in which you can discuss Chronicle, get support from other users, and discuss new integration provider development.

We just need to let you know first of all that although we will pop by and provide some support on the forums, there is no SLA on forum support.  This means that if we take five days to get to your forum post, don't be surprised or offended - we give more priority to tickets filed via the support centre.  To this end, we recommend that if you don't get any answer in the first day or two, you file a ticket as well, and we'll get to it ASAP.

If you have purchased Chronicle, please log into the forums with the same username and password that you use to log into the Chronicle Customer Area. This will ensure that you can see the customer-only forums and can download from and contribute to the customer resources areas.
